Volunteer Award Nomination

We appreciate our volunteers! Each Spring, we recognize our exceptional volunteers with special awards.

Please let us know who you think should be honoured this year. For each person you nominate, please use a separate form.

Nominations must be received by April 30th. Staff will review the nominations and select the award recipients.

Awards will be presented during the last Sunday Service in June.

For which award are you nominating this individual or group? THE MARY SEGAL AWARD is a special award given only when a suitable candidate is found. The candidate is an NSUC member whose volunteer service has had a significant impact on the Church. The nominee may have volunteered over a considerable length of time, NSUC SERVICE CERTIFICATES are given to one or more members or groups who have offered frequent volunteer service whether in the past or present, either over a long period of time, or to accomplish something special in a single year.
